Using my experience from being a successful young athlete, having mindset setbacks, playing professional sport, taking time away from the sport and building myself back up to a point that I can play at a high level, we will
GROW your MINDSET GAME and have you THINKING like an ELITE ATHLETE!
THE DETAILS:
Grow Your Mindset Game takes place over 4 weeks via ZOOM.
There will be limited spaces each round to ensure maximal attention.
Setting you head space up for the year ahead!
Each week we will work through topics in great detail together, reflecting on what it means to you and how we can make small changes to implement and move forward.
Suitable for ages 12+
